Return Process

  Place the item in its original protective pouch and box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and lab reports are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package through a trackable courier service to our verification center in India.

• 4.
  Quality Verification

  Once received, our experts will inspect the bead or jewelry for its original condition; approved returns will be processed for a full refund or exchange within 7 business days.
